Why we built this
Most people think "8 hours" is the rule. It's not. What actually matters is waking up at the end of a sleep cycle, not in the middle of one.
When your alarm pulls you out of deep sleep mid-cycle, you feel groggy and wrecked โ even after a full 8 hours. But wake up at the right moment and even 6 hours can feel refreshing.
Sleep happens in 90-minute cycles. Sleepora works backwards from your wake time to find the exact bedtimes that land you at the end of a complete cycle โ not the middle.
